I've been using the pan for a while and my food is starting to stick?

Our cookware is built to live up to our claims, but if you notice some foods are starting to stick to your pan, you may be using too much heat to cook. For optimal usage and longevity of your pan, we recommend using on lower heat temps. This will not slow down cooking time as all Gotham Steel products are created to have even heat distribution. After many uses, a little spray of oil will go a long a way.
